Service Guidelines
When you become a vendor with NATIONWIDE HOME WARRANTY you will receive a Vendor ID Number. When one of our contract holders has a warranty issue, we will call you with a dispatch number, the customers address, contract and telephone numbers and the amount of service fee to be collected.

What's expected:

-Timely call to the customer

-Friendly and cooperative communication

-Be on time

-Follow through with neccessary repairs

-Leave service area cleaner than found
